Tasting Notes
Our Copacetic is a special proprietary red blend put together each year by our winemaker. On the palate, bright cherry with notes of warm baking spices, lively acidity is balanced by the richness in the palate making this a food and wine pairing dream. This is a go to red wine for the weekday wind down, barbeques, and entertaining. Its "Copacetic", its all good!
Heritage
The Mettler family heritage honors over 100 years and six generations of farming in Lodi with the release of this Copacetic red wine blend. Grapes for this wine were harvested from our estate vineyards where the deep-rooted vines thrive in rich, sandy loam soils.
Vineyards
The Copacetic grapes come from vineyards located in the Mokelumne River Sub Appellation, otherwise known as "Old Lodi" . The soil type in this sub appellation are known for sandy loam soils that are well drained. Our vineyards are certified through the Lodi Rules program for sustainability.
