  Crabmeat Deviled Eggs
A delightful twist on a classic! The addition of crab adds a savory and tasty bite to these deviled eggs. A lovely complement to any party or holiday gathering!
8 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and halved
1/2 cup Best Foods (or Helmann's) Mayonnaise
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. dry sherry
1 tbsp. celery, peeled and finely chopped
1/2 lb fresh crabmeat, cleaned of any shells

Remove yolks from egg whites and put into a bowl. Add the next five ingredients. Blend until well mixed and a smooth consistency.

Fold in the crabmeat and finely chopped celery.

Fill each egg white with the crab mixture and sprinkle paprika on the top for color. Can also top with a fresh sprig of dill.

Serve on a mixed green salad plate or as a appetizer before dinner.
